Understand
- The content, users and competitors through research, communication and analysis
Ideate & Design
- Brainstorming and bringing ideas to life through the stages of design (empathy maps, storyboards, wire flows, journey maps, wireframes, etc.)
Evaluate & Prototype
- Final user testing & prototyping to create an agreeable product
Validate
- Final design approval from fellow team members and user testing
